Should I report FMLA violation to the USDOL - WAGE AND HOUR DIVISION or Include the claim as part of a lawsuit?

Wage and hour claims usually pertain to overtime and not to Family Medical Leave. If you have an issue with your employer over either, you should speak to an employment attorney.
