Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Unemployment New York State
I was denied unemployment benefits because I have a active website, but I do not conduct any business on it. Can someone help me understand why?

You should appeal your case to the Appeals Board. This sort of thing happens all the time and many win their appeals.
