Legal Question
My landlord turned off my power in retaliation due to her being an ex girlfriend now and is not legal here in New York. If I was to turn the power on myself at them ter, breaking the seal because I can't get the power on and in my name due to the fact we do not have a lease agreement in place, what are my legal ramifications?
