Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

Hello, my neighboor is a DJ and he always plays music too loud. Because he uses a DJ device, my entire house vibrate, including the beds, walld etc. I have talked to him and asked him to reduce the volume, but nothing works. In addition to that, i have spoke with the security officers of the building , and also i have reported to the launlord. The landlord has sent letters of notice to my noisy neighboor but it seems to be that hi does not care. For instance, Last week the landlord sent a letter to them and the results are worst. Is there any law that prohibit the use of DJ divice? This situation is affecting my family. Their living room is next to my two years old bedroom and everytime they put the music , i have to move her to another place. Please, i am desperate
