Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

my sons girl friend has been sleeping over regularly. I am totally against it I don't like her , she,s a bad Influence on him and I wan't her to stop staying at my house. I recently found out she started getting her mail delivered to my house. I work late and did not know. It's been going on for a month. does this give her a basis to claim of residency, and if so do I have to get the police involved

You must commence an action in landlord tenant court to evict her. Even though it seems that she is not contributing towards rent, she is considered to be a licensee and must be "evicted"
