Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
can i sue my landlord for telling me he didn't know there was lead in the apartment and come to find out ther is lead in al least half the apartments in the building. i also have a 2 year old.

You and the two year old must be tested for lead poisoning. If you are tested positive, you should contact a personal injury attorney specializing in lead poisoning.
