Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

my tenant keep puting stuff into the sewer, water back up. I found rocks, a roll paper toweler, t-shit ... and they ask me have their family fix the sewer, they also broke my oil burner, make oil leaking.... I am in hell.

If the tenant is not properly maintaining the property - in accordance with the lease agreement - you may have an action against them to repair the property.
