defense in a wrongful death suit
I am a defendant in a wrongful death suit. Others that were involved settled out of court but i could not afford an attorney at that time so they put a judgement on me for $1.5m. Can I still negotiate a different settlement if i get an attorney now?

Re: defense in a wrongful death suit Yes despite the fact that there is a judgment, many judgment creditors will still certainly accept settlements.
