in 2007 i suffered a realy bad tbi injury i now have seizures vertigo a year ago i was punched knocked out and put into a seizure by a police officer. with the punch to my face it could have killed me with how hard he hit me do i have a lasuit?

Probably not. From what little you say, it appears that the statute of limitations has run, not to mention the 90 day filing of a notice of claim for many municipalities, towns, etc. Best, M.E. Zuller
