Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
I'm a pizza delivery driver, While making a delivery to a customer, I fell off the steps to the deck because the poorly built step broke when coming back down. The people rent the apartment I delivered to. Went to EmUrgent Care to get checked out. When filling out the paper work I didn't check the work related box. What if any case would I have if I went to the ER and filled under work related injury? Is that legal to do?
