Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

My question is what can I do if the Judge denied the motion of my attorney to drop my case after 5 yrs just before retrial and they aren't complying with the Judges order? Also instead of preparing for trial are bullying me to drop injury suit and using scare tatics?

Find out why the attorney has no faith in case. I'd also try to obtain another lawyer rather than forcing him to stay in case.
