Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Ok I don't see the next question I posted which wasn't really answered by the previous answer. So briefly, once again -- is a Letter of Caution (or letter of finding from a Grievance Committee investigation) non-admissible or confidential from being submitted in a court of law, i.e., in this case Small Claims Court? It was objected to and sustained by the judge. He would not read it. This was my best ammunition in SMC court against my former attorney and I was shocked when this happened.
