Hi my name is Tiffany. I was injured getting out of a cab 2 weeks ago and the cab driver dragged me on the ground with the car. Is it too late to file a police report?

The police will not take your report at this time but you can still file what is called an mv-104 which is your own personal statement. Were the police or EMS called to the scene?
