I and my two brothers and one sister inhereted my mothers house. My brother is the executure, how much power does he have on selling the house or not. How much power does he have in general.

HE HAS COMPLETE POWER TO ADMINISTER THE ESTATE, ALTHOUGH HE SHOULD CONSULT THE BENEFICIARIES ON THESE TYPES OF DECISIONS. HE ALSO HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO ACT APPROPRIATELY AND IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE ESTATE AND THE HEIRS. HE HAS TO FOLLOW THE PROVISIONS OF THE WILL.
