Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I am a male. The house is in my name. I have been in a relationship for five years, she is the mother of my five year old daughter. We were never married. We bought a house, the deed and mortgage are in my name only. We ended the relationship, I moved out. My daughter and her mother remained in the house. My daughter's mother is in a relationship with a man which she moved into my house. This infuriated me. After arguing with my daughter's mother, she got an Order of Protection against me. I want my house back and I want to see my daughter, how do I proceed?
