Transcript of judgement filed on fiduary of estate listing The estate Address.

The house was sold without The judgement being paid. It is My understanding that The judgement Remains on The property. What recourse do i have? Is My judgement superior To The New owners mortgage?

If they sold the house after your judgment was docketed in the county where the property is located, then you just issue a real property execution. The bank will almost certainly pay you, since otherwise they lose the mortgage.
