Partrition To Sell Home

What defense could be successful in blocking partition of sale of home when owners have deed tenants with rights of survivorship?

Your question is difficult to answer because of the way it is asked.

Rights of survivorship usually are joint tenants between husband and wife. and the seller only cans sell what he owns. Who would buy a piece of property betting on whome was going to die first? It has very little value.

I would need to know exactly what form ownership is obtained. Please contact me with a copy of the deed so I can best be able to advise you.
