real estate deed transfer

my mother owns a legal 5 family house and I need a new deed recorded to show my name on the deed .My mother owns the property and wants to add my name to the deed.How much would an attorney charge me FOR HIS WORK to add my name to the deed ?

To add a name to a deed should not be expensive. I would charge 1 hour of work to prepare the deed and have same filed.
