Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

roofer issues

I sued a roofer for a poorly laid flat roof and he recently called me for permission to take photos of the job. Do I have the legal right to refuse him the opportunity? I already have pictures that I plan on sharing.

Re: roofer issues

Since there is already a lawsuit started, his lawyer should contact your lawyer for permission to go up on the roof.

Who knows what other damage he could do on the roof.

He just wants to defend himself, and it is not in your best interests.

Does he wish to settle the matter?

Mr. Lazroe is correct. If you are in the middle of a law suit, his attorney should be contacting your attorney regarding this matter.
