Are wills from the Dominican Republic valid in New York state

If the testator (person making the will) was domiciled in Dominica when the will was made and the will satisfies the requirements of New York law (mainly two disinterested witnesses who saw the testator sign and who then sign as witneses in the presence of the testator and each other) the will can dispose of New York property.
