Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

The man who owns the quick shop.
New owners to over the local store where I live. There son(about 35) runs the store. He has been hitting on me since he took over there.He is aware of the fact that I'm married and knows my husband. I have told him more than once i'm not interested. He took his habits to a new level today. He propositioned me! He stated he would like to trade me items in his store for sex.I'm told him I was not a whore. He went on to say that I didn't need to do it for anything in trade then.He can just lock the doors and hang a sign saying be back soon.I couldn't even look at him to respond I just walked out.This has been going on for 2mos. I would go to a different store but it's the only one in town and I don't drive. I'm also disabled and have difficulty walking so the convience of this store is neccessary. I'm afraid to tell my husband because he will kill him and wind up in jail.What can be done? I'm tired of being harrassed and thinking am I going to be harrassed ? Everytime I go or want to go to the store.

Have you filed a complaint against the owner/employee?

Have you informed the owner about the employee's actions?
