Legal Question
My wife's boss has talked about ideal partners for her to have oral sex with and has kissed her on the cheek numerous times, making a very uncomfortable environment to succeed. There are witnesses but they may not want to come forward for fear of losing their jobs. What would be needed for a successful case against him?
