Legal Question in Tax Law in New York

I would like to setup an L.L.C. holding co. in Nevada. I would like to know what are the annual fees plus a Nevada Company agent and the setup of the L.L.C. in full compliance with the law? I am contemplating in using an outside nominee Director/manager for the headquarters in NYC. I am searching for a reliable and reputable law firm or a lawyer with a sharp pen and a keen eye for foibles with 10+ years of professional experience in tax law, financial and corporate matters. Thank you.

Generally speaking, it's not necessarily advantageous to setup LLCs in a state other than the primary state of operations. In fact such a setup could turn into an additional cost and tax burden.

Please contact my office for assistance in this matter.
