Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I got 4 traffic tickets by 1 cop and I sent the ticket in and pleated not guilty. I went to court and went to the judge and he asked me if I was guility of these tickets I said yes. I am not happy with the outcome I read I have the right to a retrial or I can possibly appeal a ticket. I am just trying to somehow get a retrial on these tickets because the fines are very high and I know people to help me get the fines lower if I can get a re trial. TY

You may have the legal right. Do you know if you have an easement. It should be in you owners title policy or property survey.
