He show me the radar to proof me that I was doing 87 on a 65 speed zone....

Anyways i posses an CDL class A license and I depent on it for a living, he gave me a Disobey traffic device ticket , he told me that I could loose my license and that I'm gonna get like 6 point on my license.

Re: disobey traffic device

The numbers don't match up- if the Trooper gave you a disobey traffic control device (VTL 1110A) it's only 2 points- still not great for a CDL, but better than six.

If however the Trooper wrote you up for the speeding violation (VTL 1180), you need to be a little concerned- at 6 points it's bad for CDL and insurance purposes, and Albany gets involved by asking for more money.

I see that your zip code is Queens but you got the ticket on I-90- to what Court is the ticket returnable?
