Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Incompetant State Trooper
Guy pulled me over and said i was going 88 in a 65, but he completely got my licence plate wrong on ticket, also probally was off 10 to 15 mph on that reading. Is a ticket dropped in NYS becuase he couldn't copy my licence plate anywhere close to what it actually is?
