Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

Hello I live in New York City and recently my friend was driving my car, (I was in the passenger seat) he got stopped and received two tickets one for my windows being tinted and the second one for me never printing out the new insurance card I only had the old one.

If the plead is Guilty will he have to go to court if I just write in the credit card information on the bottom of the ticket and mail it in? or will they still make a court date? If they make a court date would I be able to go in since it was my car or is he forced to go to court since his name is on the ticket?+

Do NOT enter a guilty plea especially to the uninsurance charge. Doing so will result in a severe penalty ie loss of license. Please contact my office @ 7188340087 for more info. also visit my web-site nydrunkdrivingdefense.com.
