Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

Parking Tickets/License revocation : Please HELP

Please can you help me...I am a mother of 5 children...3 of them are disabled and 2 of them are still in diapers....One is on a list for a heart transplant....I lost my licence because i had not paid tickets for parking and i then had lost my car for owing ther money for the tickets and also i had no insurance.....Long story short now i used my licence for id and one day 1 lost the card so i went to motor vehicle and tried to get it replaced ....Thats when i found all this out...So now i have no car and no licence but i desperately need it so i was wondering if you could help me? And please tell me how much it will cost cause even if i cant afford you now i will save up and then i will contact you again. But please tell me you can help me.....I honestly need it.
