aunts will in ny probate court
i am a beneficiary in my uncles will, so was my aunt . my uncle died, then my aunt died without a will. her last living relative a brother, my uncle has taken over as executor and now procedings are in ny probate. how do i get a copy of the will from ny probate courts, since i`m a known beneficiary?
