if im an only child and my mother excluded me from the will, do i have any legal rights as the only heir?

You do not have a legal right. Your Mother may leave her Estate to whomever she wishes.

Have an attorney reiew the will and circumstances of it's execution to see if some legal basis exists to challenge it.

How old was your mother when she did the Will and what was her mental and physical condition at that time? Did she mention you at al, even saying she was leaving you nothingl?
