i want to do my full estate plan... I live in New York State..

What do i need?

will, or living will

power of attorney?

medical power of attorney?

Anything else you suggest?

I was looking at One of the Legal Websites that offer a package, I'm not sure what i need?

Pls advise me? I want to protect my estate, and health, etc.......
