Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My grandchildren were left a cd in a distant cousin's will/estate more than 2 years ago, with the proceeds of the cd to be divided equally. To date, we have seen nothing including the actual will, and have no idea as to the value of the CD. How do we find out the value? We have called the attorney and executor but no response.
