Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

my mom passed away and left her house to me and my siblings. Now both siblings have now passed away, do i have to share the property with their children or now does it only go to me?

Since they died after Mom, their estates probably share in the property. I need to see the language of Mom's Will to be more accurate.

Most likely, the property interests of the deceased siblings passed to their intestate distributees or, if they died with a Will, to the beneficiaries of the Will. I suggest that you review the title to the house with an attorney.
