i would like to know if work related stress, which indirectly is a factor in my situation, which leads to having a stroke, is eligble for benefits. thank you

Yes but that is extremely hard to prove. Very few attorneys would take on that case. Partly due to causation problems and partly do to the limited fees available. I for one would not take such a case. But u should check out the iwba website and find an attny in ur area.
