I fell at work and injured my knee. Can my employer make me use my sick time pay for this?

Yes he sure can. If I were you I would concentrate on eventually getting a schedule loss of use award and thousands of dollars. Perhaps then, the sick time that your employer takes from you (which you can get back anyway), will not look so bad.
