Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nigeria

Banished from a community.

My father was banished from the community accused by a set of people that he is fetish and hinders peoples progress. I am 42yrs and a pastor by proffession. I have not experienced such allegation since a child. I have gone into consultation with elders of the village to further investigate and find out and they said that they dont know my father with that. This community thugs are very strong but they are not registered by government but only the community and the Royal Highness. I think they bribe the Police in other to strenghten themselves. What can I do?.

Re: Banished from a community.

This is a very pertethic story. But I am sure as an African and a christian you know that the allegations made against your Father could be true.

But from your mail I gathered that their may be other reasons including political why your Father was banished and not necessarily based on any good grounds.

I would advise you approach a law firm to seek redress in a court of law as the banishment infringes on his fundamental human rights.

More so been done by an illegal body would help your cause. But in all be careful how deal with this individuals
