How do we file a complaint objecting to a discharge of the debt?

You file a motion with the Court in the district and division in which the debtor filed his bankruptcy. I really advise that you hire a lawyer who practices bankruptcy in this division. Motions practice in bankruptcy court can be quite complicated.
