Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in North Carolina

My elderly father is a plaintiff in a declaratory judgment suit against my sister

(formerly his POA) and his investment brokerage. After seven months, the suit is

still unresolved and his attorney is requesting an emergency hearing. This week my

sister (the defendant) and her attorney have involved themselves in another matter

regarding my father, participated in an effort to re-locate him, arrived on his

property insisting that he accompany them to an office to "sign papers," took checkbooks, statements, etc. without his knowledge, and essentially confused and

intimidated him. What is the remedy for this?
