Restaurant descimination

can a corporate owned reataurant post a sign on it's building stating that it can refuse service to african americans,or any other race,simply because of race.There is a specific establishment that I was in and over-heard a manager tell his employees that they could do that.

No. Although they do have a right to refuse service under certain conditions, race is not one.
