Legal Question in Constitutional Law in North Carolina

Hi, i got this letter from my lawyer, tomorrow is a holiday so i need to know whats its about.it says:"this case. coming on to be heard and being heard before the undersigned judge of the 12th judicial court, and its appearing to the court upon motion of, "name of lawyer" attorney of record for the plaintiff, that all matter have been completed" what does that mean, pls heap asap.
