Legal Question in Constitutional Law in North Carolina

I want to seperate myself, the flesh an blood man from the corparate fiction,legal entity ALL CAPS corporate name that looks like mine.. So how do i properly proclaim my nationality, and disclaim any claims made against my legal entity.. Because if i dont own my legal entity or corporate name someone is and is acting as a trustee. I amnot a legal fiction. I am a moorish American with inalienable rights..not a agent or citizen of a corporation with rules codes regulations an such...how do i argue this fact ...affidavits? Ucc?

You have been misinformed. Some people claim that each American is secretly a corporation, but that is not true. Neither is the claim that these (non-existent) corporations are what makes us subject to the law. There is no magical way to insulate yourself from the laws that govern everyone else.
