Legal Question in Consumer Law in North Carolina

I had a metal roof put on my house in march 2011.The roof was install wrong an need to be replace.I got a ten year workmanship guaranteed an the metal has a 50 year guaranteed. The contractor will not honor his guaranteed.I had 3 quotes form contractor saying the roof cannot be repair need to be replace.What my legal options with the bad roofer.

If you have evidence that the installer is at fault for the problem and it was not an accident or "force of God" that caused the defects, you should first send them a demand letter and cite the sections in the warranty you got to force them to make the repairs. If they still refuse, you need to speak to an attorney for a possible suit to have a Court potentially force them to do so.
