Legal Question in Consumer Law in North Carolina

Purchase a truck October 12, 2015. Transmission problem occurred a week before Thanksgiving. Warranty on truck by AUL and transmission sent by AUL to Arrow Truck Repair and I saw new transmission before repair was performed. Received truck back December 23, 2015. Today my truck will not go forward or reverse and making that same sound. What can be done since I only had the truck for 2 months?

You need to look at the terms of the warranty and see how the replacement parts were warranted and then contact the repair shop and the warranty company. You do not mention if this was a new or used truck, or what kind of truck this was. There is no "lemon law" for used vehicles - the only relief you have is whatever is given by the warranty.
