Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

Claiming Exempt Property

I have a money judgment against me on an individual credit card debt. I now have to fill a Motion to Claim Exempt Property. I co-own my house with my husband. My daughter, son-in-law and her minor children also live with us. They have a separate kitchen and living quarters and are not dependent on me for support. Is their personal property considered part of the general household property? The only person on the judgment is me.
