Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

I first got a voicemail saying there was a complaint against me. This lady said she was from the county liason office. She gave me a number to the department of legal services. I called the number to see what this was regarding. I was told i was being sued for a payday loan that i never repaid. I asked for information on the loan and was told because i was getting sued i couldnt get that information. I asked the name of the company i was talking to and she said i called her they didnt call me. I just cant get any information and dont know if this is even legit.

I call BULL SHIT on this phone call.

There is no county liason office. People don't get a heads up that they have been sued.

Payday loans are illegal in NC - go to my website (www.rachelhunterlaw.com) and read my articles on payday loans in general and NC in particular.

You have not been sued and you will not be sued. You will get no legitimate information talking to these yahoos either.

Read the articles and then contact the NC Commissioner of Banks and the NC attorney general.
