Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I was charged with misdemeanor larceny Walmart said I took a cell phone charger energy drink well they got that back and I got away but they found me anyway because earlier I got MoneyGram and they arrested me the next day now on my court date this is my third appearance if nobody from Walmart shows up can I get it dismissed
