Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

Drug Trafficking (coercion)

My daughter unknowingly met a undercover officer. He asked her to get him some methamphetimins. She said she couldn't. on several occasions, he continuously screamed at her and threw fits until she finally did it. They then arrested her for trafficking. Isn't this coercion? She wasn't dealing drugs. She just felt scared and wanted this man to leave her alone and stop screaming at her.

Re: Drug Trafficking (coercion)

Could possibly be a case of entrapment. However, getting the police to admit to their transgressions is generally the problem.
