Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

OK so I invited my boyfriend over because I thought I was alone. Normally he's not allowed over because my male roommate and my sister who is also my roommate hates him. Well like I said I was alone when I asked him to come get because we were going to go back to his ace and I accidently fell asleep during this time my roommate shows up. I left the door unlocked so he could come in so he did. He was talking to me and my roommate walked in my room so he knew he was there. As he was walking out they exchanged words my boyfriend turned around to walk away and my roommate grabs him pins him and puts him in a chokehold. After almost suffocating my boyfriend he let's him go and he against walks out the door to leave. My roommate pushes out the door so my boyfriend throws a punch through the window busting my roommates lip and accidently hitting me. My roommate decides to press charges and now my bf has a warrant out for his arrest for burglary and assault. If I testify about what happened will these charges be dropped?

Its hard to say...at the end of the day and assault happened and many of the facts you provided are not helpful. Your boyfriend needs a criminal defense attorney ASAP. If you plan to continue to see this gentleman, you need to seriously consider new living arrangements or not have your boyfriend return.
