Legal Question in Discrimination Law in North Carolina
I was terminated on Sunday for absolutely no reason, and nothing specified other than "we have lost faith in your ability to do the job we hired you to do." I just started the job one month ago and was LURED away from my already great job by these people, for them to turn around and fire me! For NOTHING! They performed a pagan ritual of burning sage inside of a department store and I expressed disdain for this, as it's acutally illegal to ignite anything in a dept store like the one I was working in for this company. Is this a reason to fire me?

Yes. You can be fired for any reason or no reason as long as its not an improper reason. NC is a right to work state and either party can terminate the employment relationship at will.
You have not been discriminated against in anything you relate.
A pagan ritual inside a department store? In NC the middle of the Bible Belt? We are up to our kiesters in funnies (fundamentalist Christians) here. Even in the bigger cities like Charlotte and Raleigh.
Something is not right with this picture unless you happened to take a job at a pagan store and there are not too many of those in Raleigh. And even then, pagans would not perform the rituals you describe in the middle of WalMart or Kohls or Macy's or some place like that and I cannot fathom why they would even be doing this in a store.
