Legal Question in Education Law in North Carolina
Recently I took a Healthcare registration exam at a testing center located in a H & R Block. The noise level was extremely high with people having conversations. I believe it highly contributed to my failing the exam by 1 point. Are there legal options that I can pursue?

We need more information to answer this. As of now, it does not seem that you have any legal remedies. What was this exam for? What would you obtain if you passed?
